Morning Kashi Vishwanath sugam darshan through the official paid corridor, slot held by us. Afternoon at leisure.
Evening: opening ceremony and first concert at Rajendra Prasad Ghat from the upper steps. From the ground: the opening evening is the connoisseur's evening, the artists are fresh and the ghat is not yet packed.
Morning boat past the bathing ghats while Kartik snan is underway. Midday at the shilp mela with a guide who bargains in your language. Evening concert at the main stage.
Sarnath half-day by Innova: Dhamek Stupa, the Ashokan pillar and the museum, unhurried. Evening concert.
Slow morning. Optional temple circuit: Sankat Mochan, Durga Kund, Kal Bhairav. The country-boat race falls in the daytime programme this week; we time the day around it. Early dinner and early night; tomorrow starts at 4 am and it is worth it.
4:30 am: Kartik Purnima snan at the ghat, the most sacred bath of the year, with our guide handling the ritual steps in your language and the snan kit provided. Morning rest at the hotel.
By 2:30 pm the Innova positions you ghat-side; vehicles cannot approach after 3 pm.
Evening: Dev Deepawali from your reserved boat, holding position facing the Dashashwamedh to Rajendra Prasad stretch while more than a million diyas come alight. Late transfer back, or extend a night at the same daily rate.
We price every tour the same way: ₹12,500 per day for two guests, covering the five-star room with breakfast, the private Innova Crysta, your guide and the VIP arrangements. No festival surge, no demand pricing, no "rates may vary" footnote.
Your exact price is confirmed in writing before any advance is taken, and the cancellation and refund terms are stated on that written quote, so you know both before paying anything. Boat positions on Dev Deepawali night are a fixed inventory across the whole city; our rate does not rise as the date nears, but the inventory does run out.
Dress code: shoulders and knees covered at temples; carry a shawl for the pre-dawn snan. Phones are deposited before the Kashi Vishwanath sanctum.
November evenings on the water are cold; pack a proper layer.
Elderly pilgrims: the longest continuous walk is the Day 6 ghat approach; wheelchairs cannot reach the lower steps, and we plan around this honestly.
No permits are needed for Varanasi; we handle the darshan slots.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method. Force Majeure: If a tour is cancelled by Ayodhya Varanasi Guide due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, government restrictions, or vehicle breakdown), a 100% refund or an alternative date will be offered. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any part of the sightseeing missed by the guest due to late arrival or personal choice during the tour.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation slabs are as follows: 48 Hours or More before the tour: Full Refund of the advance amount (minus a small 5% processing fee/bank charges). 24 to 48 Hours before the tour: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. Less than 24 Hours or No Show: No refund will be provided as the vehicle and driver are already blocked for your service. Peak Dates: For bookings during major festivals like Holi, Janmashtami, or Radha Ashtami, all advance payments are Non-Refundable due to extreme demand.
To provide competitive local pricing while maintaining high service standards, we follow a split-payment structure: Advance Deposit: A 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required to process the booking. Balance Amount: The remaining balance must be paid to the coordinator or driver upon arrival or at the start of the tour. Mode of Payment: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfers, and Cash. Exclusions: Please note that E-Rickshaw charges (for narrow lanes near Banke Bihari Temple), Guide fees, and Temple donations are typically not included in the package and should be paid directly in cash.
We want to ensure your spot is secured so you don't miss the divine Darshan timings. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the receipt of the initial advance payment. Voucher Issuance: Once the payment is verified, we will issue a Digital Confirmation Voucher via WhatsApp/Email containing your driver details, vehicle number, and reporting time. Reporting Time: For Same Day Tours, guests are expected to report at the designated pickup point (Hotel/Railway Station) at the scheduled time. A maximum waiting period of 30 minutes is allowed, after which the tour may be treated as a "No Show."
