Quick answer
In short
2 nights / 3 days, Bodh Gaya base (3 km from the rite sites)
Rite tiers (per karta, fixed): Standard 1-day ₹7,100 · Platinum ₹11,000 · Complete 3-day ₹31,000
The focused version of the ancestral journey: fly or rail into Gaya, perform pind daan at Vishnupad with a full unhurried morning, and depart on day three, from ₹18,500 per person twin share Heritage (₹20,500 Premium, ₹22,000 Luxury), plus the rite at its fixed published price. Yes, Heritage is the cheapest tier on this one package: Maya Heritage near the Mahabodhi costs less than the Ramada, and we print arithmetic, not theatre. Per the Garuda Purana the rite performed at Gaya liberates twenty-one generations; whatever a family's degree of belief, the register at the panda's house, where your grandfather's hand may already appear, tends to settle the question of why here.

Gaya airport (15 km) or Gaya Jn arrival with meet and greet, which exists because the station's tout economy of fake panda certificates is real and we simply walk you past it. Settle in Bodh Gaya, evening at the Mahabodhi's chanting hour, which grieving families consistently tell us was the right first evening.
Morning at the Falgu, Vishnupad and Akshay Vat: sankalp with your ancestors' names, the pinds, the register. Standard rite runs 3 to 5 hours; we schedule nothing against it. Multilingual pandits (Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) confirmed at booking, because the sankalp should be understood, not merely repeated. Afternoon rests; evening is yours, and many families return to the Mahabodhi.
Sunrise under the Bodhi Tree for those who wish it, prasad courier arranged for relatives at home, departure.
