1 day (no hotel): Sunrise boat, Vishwanath Sugam, city circuit, Sarnath (₹5,500 pp)
1N / 2 days: Adds the private aarti boat evening and a real Kashi night (from ₹20,000 pp)
2N / 3 days: Adds silk co-ops, Ramnagar Fort, and an Assi Ghat evening
Out by 5:30 for the rowing boat from Assi past the burning ghats at first light, Sugam Darshan at Vishwanath before the queue thickens, the Bharat Mata map temple, Sarnath after lunch (museum closed Fridays), drop by evening. It is a full day and honestly labelled as one.
Everything above, plus the evening that makes Kashi Kashi: your private boat holding position off Dashashwamedh as the aarti flames go up, and a morning after where nothing is scheduled before the boat.
The city behind the postcard: Sarai Mohana's weaving families, where a Banarasi sari is six weeks of one loom and the price has no showroom inside it; Ramnagar Fort across the river; the galis walk on Heritage and Luxury tiers, Kaal Bhairav and Annapurna and shrines with no signboards. Luxury adds the 3 AM Mangala Aarti, which guests describe afterwards in lowered voices, and an evening baithak.

With 10+ hours in the city, yes; we build it around your two train times and hold your bags in the vehicle.
It is the one hotel in the belt that is itself a destination: 1812 palace, boat arrival, sunrise on the water from your window. If this trip is an anniversary, yes. If it is a recce, no, and we will say so.
