Package overview

All about Varanasi Ayodhya Group Tour

Group pricing in this market is usually a fog. Ours is arithmetic, and here it is: the itinerary and hotels stay exactly as published on any package page; the vehicle changes with your headcount; the vehicle's cost divides across more heads; the per-person price falls. Your group is private (your family, your society, your colleagues, nobody else's), the quote shows the vehicle, the division and the named hotels, and any member with a calculator can check it against the published engine.

What makes it special

Key highlights

Private group departures on any published itinerary

Vehicle upgrades to Tempo Travellers, Urbanias, or coaches based on headcount

Dedicated ground coordinator for groups of 15+

Detailed itinerary

Custom

At 15+ heads a dedicated ground coordinator travels the route ahead of you.
Ram Mandir slots run 8 per portal account; large groups need multiple accounts and lead time, which is precisely the coordination you are buying. Groups of 30+ at popular hotels need 4 to 8 weeks of lead for room blocks; festival-week groups need the surge table read aloud before anyone books a train.
Any published itinerary works; we adapt the large vehicle logistics (e-cart staging, parking constraints) to keep your group moving smoothly.

Questions about Varanasi Ayodhya Group Tour

Everything you need to know about your pilgrimage with Experience My India.

Still have a question?

A Kashi-Ayodhya expert replies within 30 minutes.

As one worked example on the 7-day Ram Path route: a couple's Innova transport share is more than double the per-head of ten people in a 12-seater, and a 22-strong society in a 26-seater pays roughly a third of the couple's transport share. Hotels and experiences scale near-linearly; transport is where groups win. Your quote shows your exact numbers.

Yes; carts carry 4 to 6, so we pre-book a convoy and stage it, which on peak mornings is the difference between a smooth circuit and an hour in the sun.

Tiers can split across the same departure (grandparents in Heritage, cousins in Premium) with one shared vehicle and schedule; the quote prices each room by its tier.
