Chitrakoot is the one town where our hotel block is still being contracted, which is why that package is quoted individually.
From the ground:The reason BrijRama costs what it costs is not the rooms. It is waking to the Ganga through a palace window and stepping straight onto the ghats before the city wakes. If that morning is not worth the difference to you, take Premium and spend the savings on the Alaknanda cruise and a baithak.

Three tiers, honestly different
Every tier delivers an exceptional pilgrimage, but they cater to different styles of travel. Here is exactly what changes.
The vehicle does not change by tier: everyone rides a private Innova Crysta, because captain seats and easy boarding matter more to a pilgrimage than a badge. A Fortuner or Mercedes is available on request as a priced upgrade. Tier deltas, precisely: Heritage adds the Subah-e-Banaras dawn heritage walk. Luxury adds that walk plus the 3 AM Mangala Aarti, a private classical music baithak evening, and priority coordination for Sparsh Darshan slots.

Everything the belt holds in one arc: the full Ram Path above, a second Prayagraj day for the Fort, Akshayavat and (in season) the Magh Mela camps, and then the Buddha's geography: evening chanting hour at the Mahabodhi, sunrise meditation under the Bodhi Tree, the international monastery circuit and the 80-foot Buddha.
Honest note: The Varanasi to Bodh Gaya leg is 250 km and 5.5 to 6.5 hours, crossing into Bihar. We run it strictly in daylight.

For short leave: Kashi Vishwanath and the Ganga Aarti by private boat on day one, the 200 km road to Ayodhya on day two for Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi and the Saryu evening, slow morning and drop on day three. If a fourth day exists, the triangle above is a better spend.
Festival packages, and the surge table nobody else will show you
Hotel prices in these four cities multiply on festival dates. Every operator knows the multipliers; we appear to be the only one willing to print them. Festival quotes = the base package price + the surged hotel component for your exact dates, hotel named, in writing.
The darshan truth, temple by temple
Ram Mandir, Ayodhya: darshan is free, and so are the aarti passes. The trust sells no paid public VIP pass; official free Sugam slots open on the trust portal 15 days ahead at midnight, need Aadhaar and a photo, allow at most 8 people per account, and fill within minutes. Aarti passes are official, donation-based, roughly 30 people per aarti, and non-refundable. What we charge for is the coordination: being awake at midnight with your documents ready, plus timing, lockers, the phones-banned rule and the e-cart plan. Anyone selling a "Ram Mandir VIP pass" on WhatsApp is selling something that does not exist.
Kashi Vishwanath, Varanasi: the paid tiers here are real and official. Sugam Darshan (₹250 to ₹300 on the trust's site) cuts a 2 to 4 hour queue to 15 to 30 minutes and is inside every package as a pass-through. Sparsh Darshan and the 3 AM Mangala Aarti are official, scarce and booked weeks ahead in season; Luxury-tier guests get priority coordination.
Prayagraj Sangam: the dip is free. Anyone charging for "darshan" of the confluence is inventing a fee. The fair boat rate to the Sangam is ₹100 to ₹200 per person; ghat-side touts open at ₹300 to ₹500 and add a "free" garland that is not free. Your boat is pre-fixed, licensed and life-jacketed.
Gaya: the tout gauntlet starts on the station platform. Fake "registered panda" certificates and inflated mid-ceremony dakshina demands are the local industry. Our pandas are registered with the Vishnupad Prabandhkarini Samiti, the rite price is fixed before you travel, and our meet-and-greet takes you past the platform crowd entirely.
If any operator's claim contradicts this section, ask them for it in writing and watch what happens.

Night driving on the Varanasi to Gaya stretch is refused on safety grounds. If a temple closure blocks a confirmed darshan, we reroute the day or adjust the bill, and tell you which before it happens.
Our packages are NOT for you if
- You want the cheapest yatra that exists. Shared-bus operators run these circuits below our Premium tier's cost price. For a tight budget they are the honest recommendation.
- You want a fixed departure with 40 strangers. We run private groups only.
- You are booking Dev Deepawali weeks out. Ghat-side and Ayodhya rooms go months ahead. We will say no honestly rather than downgrade you silently.
- You expect every town to sleep like Varanasi. Bodh Gaya's best is a themed 5-star, Chitrakoot's best is simpler still; we print what each town actually offers.
- You want nightlife. Evenings here are aartis, ghats, chanting hours and early dinners. That is the product.

Is there VIP darshan at Ram Mandir?
No paid public VIP exists; darshan and aarti passes are free and official, released 15 days ahead and gone in minutes, which is exactly why coordination matters. At Kashi Vishwanath the trust's own Sugam Darshan (₹250 to ₹300) is real and included in every package at the trust's price.
How many days do we need?
Three days for Varanasi and Ayodhya's headline darshans, four to add the Sangam, five for the unhurried triangle, seven for the full Ram Path, ten if Bodh Gaya belongs in your circuit.
What is the best time to go?
October to March for weather; the published surge table shows what the great dates cost and when to book them. April to September is base season: lowest prices, hot afternoons, darshan planned into mornings and evenings.
Can you handle pind daan properly?
Yes: fixed published rite prices (₹7,100 / ₹11,000 / ₹31,000 per karta), Samiti-registered Gayawal pandas, your family's entry in the genealogical register, language-matched pandits (Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada), and an online live-video rite from ₹7,000 for family who cannot travel.

Yes. Most Kashi Vishwanath Dham visitors today come from South India, and we built for exactly that: guiding and rite narration in Telugu and Kannada, not a Hindi summary.
